All items are printed to order.
KiSS Clothing uses Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg. This is our standard service and is a flat rate postage and packaging charge of £4.40.
As we print and manufacture all items per customer, the standard order turnaround time is 3-5 working days (UK) from confirmation of order. You will receive a dispatch email when your order is then on the we. We kindly ask that you allow 10 working days from placement of order before getting in touch to query an order.
If your item is bulky, or large (such as a poster or canvas), we use Hermes UK couriers; they usually delivery within 2 business days and are a part of our standard service.
Do not hesitate to email us to be advised of our current lead times, which can be anywhere between 3 and 10 days, and inform us of any deadlines you may have - such as a gift or special occasion.
All tracking references we provide you with can be used on the Royal Mail website, or Hermes for bulky items. If you are registered with us you can login to view an order status.
If your order is attempted to be delivered and no-one is there to sign for the package or a safe place isn’t appropriate, you may then have to re-schedule a delivery and/or collect your order from your local postal office. If you fail to do this and your order gets returned to us, there may be a packaging and redelivery fee to have this sent back to you.
Standard order print and manufacture time is 7-10 working days from confirmation of order. KiSS Clothing dispatches internationally through Royal Mail, orders are then passed onto each countries postal service, this is our default international delivery option. Delivery is a flat rate charge of £10.50 but for orders over £100, delivery will be £20.00. All prices here stated, and as on the rest of the website, are in GBP (British Pound Sterling).
International delivery service can take as little as 5 days, or as long as 10 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Time can vary significantly for remote areas. Some international orders have been known to take up to 3 weeks to be delivered, unfortunately this is beyond our control.
You will be sent a dispatch email to inform you that your order is on the way. You can use the tracking reference we provide with your countries individual postal couriers websites:
i.e USA - www.usps.com, Canada - www.canadapost.ca, Sweden - www.posten.se etc.
If your order is attempted to be delivered and no-one is there to sign for the package, a calling card should be left and you will have to re-schedule a delivery and/or collect your order from your local postal office. If you fail to do this and your order gets returned to us in the UK, there will be a packaging and redelivery fee to have this sent back to you. It is your responsibility to re arrange a delivery.
Small orders weighing less than 0.5kg may only be sent via international standard. If you wish to upgrade to a tracked service, please get in touch as there may be an additional fee.
We are determined that you should be a happy customer.
If you are unsatisfied, please raise your concern so we can help. Please email email@example.com. This should be done within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
We put in huge efforts to produce the best items we can, but human error may occasionally surface. If a product is faulty in any way, then you can return it within 14 days. Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then talk you through how to return an faulty item, which can often be eased by providing a photo of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action can be taken as soon as a fault is clear via email.
If you require a replacement, you won’t need to return the faulty item, a replacement will be arranged for you.
Please do not send your products back to KiSS Clothing without contacting us first. May we remind you to review the terms that you agreed to at time of purchase which are on our website.
You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we are at fault then we will reimburse delivery postage costs.
Custom made items, unless faulty or incorrect, are non returnable because the product(s) have been specifically customised and made for you.
A note regarding phone cases
Our phone cases are made from durable polycarbonate, however as with all items of this nature, they can be expected to receive general wear and tear over time. We can only consider phone case exchanges/returns within 14 working days.
A note regarding All over printed items
With all over printed vests and T-Shirts there can be some edge to edge fading with solid colour. Sometimes small white marks/wrinkles can appear, especially on garment creases, this is normal and to be expected to a small degree. As all items are individually printed, some very slight variations of the same graphic (especially on different size T-Shirts) is to be expected to some degree.
A note regarding item sizes
KiSS Clothing items are unisex and are a general, 'regular' fit. Sizes can vary very slightly between item styles so it is always best to go by the chest measurements provided.
Usually people find if they are a size Medium in standard T-Shirts, a Medium will be perfectly fine with all other item styles too. However if you are unsure, do send us an email and we will be happy to help you - after all it is always better to be safe and double check. Custom made garments cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size.
