FAQ featuring some of the questions asked on a regular basis. We hope to answer most of your questions here, and inform you about a few things you may not have considered.
⏱ How long is delivery?
All items are printed to order. Standard turnaround time is 5 working days (UK) from confirmation of order, however please allow up to 10 working days (14 working days for International). You will be sent a dispatch email to inform you that your order is on the way. For UK orders, this usually will mean that your order will be delivered the following day. If you havent received anything after 14 days, get in touch so we can assist. Do not hesitate to email us to be advised of our current lead times, which can be anywhere between 3 and 10 days, and inform us of any deadlines you may have.
📦 How much is delivery?
Items are sent via Royal Mail 'Signed For' service. For UK orders, delivery is a flat rate charge of £4.40, orders under £10.00 will be given a discounted delivery charge at the checkout. For International orders, delivery is a flat rate charge of £10.50 and orders over £100, delivery will be £20.00. All prices here stated, and as on the rest of the website, are in GBP (British Pound Sterling).
Please note: Large poster prints and Large canvas prints will be sent standard to UK and International - the same delivery times will apply.
🚚 Can I track my order?
All tracking references we provide you with can be used on the Royal Mail website: royalmail.com. If your order is attempted to be delivered and no-one is there to sign for the package, you will then have to re-schedule a delivery and/or collect your order from your local postal office. If you fail to do this and your order gets returned to us, there may be a packaging and redelivery fee to have this sent back to you. For international orders, you can use the tracking reference we provide with your countires individual postal couriers websites:
i.e USA - www.usps.com, Canada - www.canadapost.ca, Sweden - www.posten.se etc. US orders under £70 will be sent International Standard (no tracking).
👕 Do you have any advice for sizes?
Items are unisex and are a general, 'regular' fit. Sizes can vary very slightly between item styles so it is always best to go by the chest measurements provided. Our product pages have size charts for each garment (chest ‘to fit’ size). Usually people find if they are a size Medium in our standard white T-Shirts, a Medium will be perfectly fine with all other item styles too. However if you are unsure, send us an email and we will be happy to help you - after all it is always better to be safe and double check. Custom made garments cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size.
💧 How do I care for/wash my items?
We generally recommend to wash on a low heat 30 degree, cool wash. Do not tumble dry after washing and iron inside out.
😱 What do I do if I would like to return an item or have a complaint?
We are determined that you should be a happy customer, and we put in huge efforts to produce the best items we can, but human error may occasionally surface. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you should notify us by email (this should be done within 24 hours of receipt of your order).
On agreement with KiSS clothing, you can then return the order to us - this must be done within 5 working days.
If a fault is found, we will arrange for a replacement to be issued and we will refund your postage cost incurred in returning the order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our phone cases are made from durable polycarbonate, however as with all items of this nature, they can be expected to receive general wear and tear over time and we can only consider phone case exchanges/returns within 14 working days.
With all over printed vests and T-Shirts there can be some edge to edge fading with solid colour, and small white marks/wrinkles are to be expected to a small degree. As all items are individually printed, some very slight variations of the same graphic (especially on different size T-shirts) is to be expected to some degree.
💷 How can I make a payment?
We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. All payments are securely dealt with via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to order with us. All currencies are accepted and are automatically converted during the checkout process.
⏩ Are SALE items 'in stock'?
Yes items available to order on our Sale page are in stock and waiting to be dispatched. For UK orders placed before 2pm this will usually be next day delivery. Limited styles/sizes at discounted prices, hurry! Perfect for those last minute gift's (or something for yourself to wear at the weekend!). For any return/exchange queries for our Sale items please email us within 24hrs of receipt.
