Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world! Most items are ready within 5 business days. Some items do take longer due to the production process. If you have a deadline we need to be aware of (such as a birthday gift) please let us know.
You will receive a dispatch email when your order is on the way. Again, any queries, please message us.
Returns Policy
If you would like an item size exchange, please contact us to arrange this, stating the new size required and we will guide you through the return steps.
Please do not return anything to us until we have authorised the return for you. Please remember, all items are handmade per customer.
You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period is the general timeframe it takes your bank to process our refund request.
