KiSS Print Studio is based in Upton, West Yorkshire, offering UK-wide delivery and free local collection.

Processing Times

I aim to complete most orders within around 1 week. As many items are printed or personalised to order, turnaround times may vary depending on supplier availability, order quantity and current workload.

If you need an order for a specific date, please get in touch before ordering so I can confirm whether it's achievable.

Delivery

Delivery is available for most orders.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout for online orders or confirmed when providing a quote for custom orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal or courier service used. Tracking information will be provided where available.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact me so I can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Free Local Collection

Free collection is available from Upton, West Yorkshire (WF9).

Once your order is ready, I'll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time and provide the collection details.
